Terms of service
The terms that apply when you book a detail, join Wash Club or buy from us online.
1. Who we are
Last Minute Mobile Car Wash & Detailing LLC provides mobile car wash and detailing services that come to your location across Los Angeles. Our business address for billing and correspondence is 3410 Fall Creek Rd, Duarte, CA 91010.
2. Bookings and service
Bookings made on this site are confirmed after payment through Shopify checkout. You agree to provide accurate contact details, the service address and vehicle information. We arrive with our own water and power. If we cannot access your vehicle at the scheduled time, we will work with you to reschedule rather than cancel.
3. Payments
All online payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Bundles and promotional discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Wash Club memberships
Wash Club memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Shopify. Membership gives you 30% off every car wash and detail, and on future products. Member pricing applies while your membership is active; if a renewal payment fails or the membership ends, pricing returns to the standard rates. Memberships are purchases, not service bookings — the washes you schedule with the discount are booked separately.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may reschedule or cancel a booked service before our detailer arrives. Once a service is completed, the payment is non-refundable, but if you are not satisfied we will make it right. Wash Club memberships can be cancelled at any time; access to member pricing continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
6. Vehicle condition
Our services cover standard dirt, dust and road grime. Heavy pet hair, mold, biohazard cleanup, paint damage or pre-existing scratches may require specialty services quoted separately. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions such as cracked trim, worn seals or failing paint.
7. Accounts
If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Member pricing on this site is tied to the email used for the membership purchase and is meant for your own use only.
